SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B Comes To BRAVO
The Limited Series Premieres on Sunday, March 5th on Bravo
R&B legendary groups, SWV and XSCAPE will join forces for the Bravo limited series, SWV & XSCAPE: The Queens of R&B premiering on Sunday, March 5, 2023 atat 9:30 p.m. ET/PT.
The series will follow XSCAPE group members, Kandi Burruss, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, and siblings LaTocha Bivens, and Tamika Scott; as well as SWV group members, Cheryl “Coko” Gamble, Tamara “Taj” Johnson, and Leanne “Lelee” Lyons as they attempt to collaborate for a career-reigniting concert. The new series is produced by Monami Productions with Mona Scott-Young, Stephanie R. Gayle, Michael Lang, Maryam Janhabin, Charles Davis and Patrick McCabe serving as executive producers. Group members, Scott-Bivens, Burruss, Gamble, George, Harris, Lyons and Scott also serve as executive producers.
“The ladies will take viewers on the ultimate fan experience as they reveal the inner workings of putting on a live concert and expose the discord and complex dynamics of sisterhood within singing groups,” reads Bravo’s announcement. The six-part series will also give an inside look at Scott-Bivens’ solo record deal with Motown Gospel as the group shares more about what separated them.
