Brooklyn, New York native, Nathaniel the Great is another example that it doesn’t matter how you start, but how  you finish!  Born Nathaiel Peterson, he grew up in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene housing projects.  One of seven children, Nathaniel was raised by a single mother.  The talented singer and songwriter sought refuge in music.  He counts Musiq Soulchild, Usher and Donny Hathaway among some of his earliest musical influences.

Nathaniel the Great‘s sound is a refreshing blend of R&B, Hip Hop and Neo-Soul music.  For nearly a decade, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the game including DJ Khaled, Swizz Beatz and Drake, to name a few.  He released his popular single, “Cash Out” last year and  has amassed over 2 million global streams! 

Recently, Nathaniel released his much-anticipated album, Aquarius.  The 17-track project was released via his very own label, Born Great Music and features one of his music inspirations, Musiq Soulchild.  The project includes the popular, “Good Girl” as well as other standout tracks, “Lost and Found,” “What You Want” and “Above Average” ft. Musiq.  Aquarius is a great body of work from start to finish!
