The New Track Is The First Offering From Olivia’s Forthcoming EP, ‘Under Pressure‘
R&B songwriter and vocalist, Olivia has dropped a new single entitled, “No Permission.” It’s her first release in two years — the new single will be featured on Olivia‘s forthcoming EP ‘Under Pressure.’
Olivia was the first artist signed by the legendary Clive Davis to his newly-formed label, J Records. However, her career would skyrocket after signing with Interscope Records and collaborating with rap artist/actor/producer Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson on hits such as, “Candy Shop” and “Best Friend.” With this success, she would become the first lady of Jackson‘s label, G-Unit. After leaving G-Unit, she achieved independent success with her singles, “December” and “Walk Away.”
Olivia shared upon releasing her new single, “Navigating through a global pandemic and still grieving the loss of my mother— music was my sanctuary. I hope you guys enjoy listening to it as much as I loved recording it.”
