Mýa Unveils Reflective New Single “Face to Face”

Grammy-winning artist Mýa has released the a new single titled,  “Face to Face,” via Planet 9.

The song, produced by Mýa and the acclaimed team of Lamar “MyGuyMars” Edwards, Mike & Keys, displays influence by 80’s group S.O.S. Band (“Tell Me”) and weaves a soul-stirring, and compelling message of self-reflection and spiritual centering.  She sings:

“Face to face, face to face / Looked in the mirror, I confronted all my fears — had a / Face to face, face to face / And now the road look a lil’ bit clearer like,” she sings. “Place to place (yeah), place to place / And err’where I go, I know I don’t walk alone.”

Mýa shared about the new single: “Face to Face’ is about confronting the person in the mirror, embracing every shade, every truth.  It’s an invitation to quiet the noise, listen deeply, and rediscover the power that resides within our own authenticity. It’s finding peace by getting real.”

Recently named one of Billboard’s “Top Female Artist of the 21st Century,” Mýa is proving that she still has something to say.
