The “Lessons” (REMIX) was written by Eric Roberson, Anthony Hamilton, Raheem DeVaughn and Kevin Ross and was produced by Anikan & Vader and Jairus Mozee. The song is lifted from Eric Roberson‘s anticipated forthcoming 17th studio album, entitled Lessons. The inspiration and concept for “Lessons” came to Roberson around 3am on the morning of his 13th wedding anniversary. He posted 60 seconds of the song online and then went to bed. What Eric woke up to, was the biggest reaction he has received from his music in years: thousands of his fans downloaded the snippet of the song!

“Lessons” (Remix) received its exclusive first listen on RollingOut.com. A few weeks back, Anthony Hamilton surprised fans with a special treat by bringing the guyst to the stage to perform the song for the first time during the @VerzuzTV battle. “Lessons” will be included on Roberson’s upcoming album of the same name to release on April 1st, 2022 via the B.L.U.E. ERRO SOUL label imprint. Eric will also be releasing his first book, Lessons – The Book (100 Thoughts On Life & Love).
