Leela James’ New Single Is “Right On Time”

Indie Soul and R&B songstress, Leela James is back with a new single “Right On Time.” 

The song follow James’  “Whatcha Done Now (Remix)” featuring Kenyon Dixon — a track that originally appeared on her album, Thought U Knew released in 2023.  The new single, “Right On Time” is produced by Rex Rideout, and finds Leela swooning over a love who showed up when she least expected it.  She sings: “The way you give good love to me is RIGHT ON TIME And I was just about to give on up, but you came.. RIGHT ON TIME I was done, I was cool … FED UP But you came and you showed right up Oh, I need you in my life, your love is RIGHT ON TIME.”

Leela will be hitting several cities — including Shreveport, LA (June 21), Los Angeles, CA (May 10, and Napa, CA (May 30-31), in celebration of 20 years since the release of her debut album, A Change Is Gonna Come released in 2005 via Warner Records.
