Khia Shares New Single “Lick Me Low”
The Thug Misses Is Calling All Steppers with New Blues/R&B Release
Multi-talented rapper, singer, songwriter, producer and self-acclaimed “professional roaster,” Khia taps into her singing skills on her new single, “Lick Me Low.”
The Philly native who released her first rap album, Thug Misses in October 2001 and who is best known for her mega hit single, “My Neck, My Back,” has influenced several of today’s female rappers including Cardi B. Since the release of her debut album, Khia has released several more albums and racked up more legendary hits including “Don’t Trust No Nigga,” “Been A Bad Girl” and “K-Wang 2.0,” the latter for which she will be shooting a music video in Tampa,FL to celebrate the twenty-second year since the song’s release.
On her latest single, Khia brings a bluesy and R&B vibe with her single, “Lick Me Low.” She first showed her singing ability on her album, Lovelocs released in 2014. Standout singles from that album include, “Dickmatized” and the popular, “Be Yo Lady.”
“Lick Me Low” has the kind of sound that is sure to bring true steppers to the floor!
