Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter, Jordin Sparks is back with a new album, No Restrictions.
The 15-track set was preceded led by the single, “Call My Name” which appeared on the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay chart. The album features guest appearances from T-Pain, Shawn Stockman of R&B group Boyz II Men, and Stonebwoy.
Sparks‘ most recent single, “Remember” samples Michael Jackson‘s mega-hit, “Remember The Time.” She said about the single, “I’ve always been mesmerized by Michael Jackson’s music. To blend his legendary sound with my own is a dream come true. This track has an irresistible groove – those 808s will make you feel it deep in your bones and get you moving from the first beat! Thank you, Michael, for the incredible music.”
In 2007 at only 17 years old, Sparks won the American Idol and quickly built upon that success, cracking the Top Ten of the Billboard 200 with her eponymous debut and scoring the Hot 100 hits “Tattoo” and the Grammy-nominated “No Air” where she teamed up with the talented, Chris Brown.
The new multi-genre No Restrictionsfollows Sparks‘ 2015 album, Right Here, Right Now.
