Hildah Watiri + Kayrop Release “More Than Friends”

Singer and songwriter, Hildah Watiri is known for her soulful music in genres of Afro Pop, Afro Soul and R&B. She has joined artist, producer and DJ, Kayrop on her latest single, “More Than Friends.”

The latest single follows Hildah‘s EP, Love Struck released earlier this year which included the single, “Heartbreak Song” featuring Kinoti on Atalia Records.  Nairobi-born Kayrop is a visionary who redefines the boundaries of music with his unique fusion of soulful melodies and hard-hitting  beats. Kayrop has quickly become a standout talent in the African music scene.

On the new single, “More Than Friends,” Hildah and Kayrop are ready to move out of the ‘friend zone’.  Hildah sings, “So if you’re ever looking for somebody new / Look no further, you know that I’d be right by you / Cause I don’t want to be ‘just friends’ / Yeah, I wanna be more than just friends.”

Hildah Watiri and Kayrop’s new single, “More Than Friends”, released via indie label, Kayrop Music / Atalia Records is currently available via all digital streaming platforms.
