Day 26 Drops New Album ‘Day Ones’

R&B group Day 26 announced via their Instagram page:  “The Wait is Over… and This is For Our DayOnes!!! Monday, August 26, 2024 in honor of our 17 year Anniversary, we will be releasing our First Studio album since “Forever in a Day” (2009).

Day Ones is Day 26’s third studio album, independently released via ByUs Entertainment Group. The album drop celebrates the group’s 17 year anniversary since they first formed on MTV‘s music reality show, Making the Band 4 on Aug. 26, 2007.

All five original members:  Robert Curry, Willie Taylor, Michael “Big Mike” McCluney,Qwanell “Que” Mosley, & Brian Angel co-wrote on the 16-track new project.  Their last full-length album, Forever In A Day debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, and sold 113,000 copies sold in the first week. 

Group member, Robert Curry shared via social media, “I’m so glad this project is about to be heard, finally. Even though this was years ago, it sounds fresh and new. Congratulations bros I couldn’t be prouder of being a part of @officialday26.”
